5. Warmth of Love Yojana:

Torn clothes or pieces of the cloth are collected by devotees and converted into quilts, which are
then gifted to needy workers, students, women and old persons. The volunteers, both men and
women are imparted training on how to make quilts. So far, 2148 pieces of quilts have been prepared and distributed amongst needy people.
The major distribution of quilts weaved under this programme happens under the Kolhapur Medical Camp which is held annually in the rural areas of Kolhapur. To hear it from the horse’s mouth the volunteers who have been part of the Camp would be the best people to tell you what these quilts mean to the poor who have to battle harsh winters.
